With an interactive dashboard we at the NIR department monitor the use and performance of the calibration lines worldwide. We actively approach you when we see that there are deviations in the calibration performance.

Maintenance

Every day within the laboratory we are busy building and maintaining the calibration lines. Much of this work is an automated process. Each calibration line is checked for performance on a monthly basis and is enriched with the latest data and activated in the NIR-Cloud Service.

In addition, we analyse more than 100 samples daily on average to guarantee the quality of the calibration lines and to keep them up-to-date. Via ring tests we validate the connected systems several times a year, to check the calibration performance, but also the NIR instruments. You will also receive a report of each ring test, which you can use in any audits to support and safeguard your production process. Through the aforementioned control mechanisms, we can be sure that the results that you measure using the NIR-Cloud are reliable.
