We can determine the nutritional value or analyze specific nutrients in your final products, raw materials, or premix ingredients. Examples include:

• Weende analysis (moisture, crude protein, crude fat (after acid hydrolysis), crude fiber, ash)
• Starch content to establish specific building blocks.

Additionally, we can detect the following in your products:

• Processed Animal Proteins (PAP): The presence of bone fragments.
• Minerals and trace elements: Detectable at very low levels.

NIR-analysis

As an animal feed producer, monitoring the quality of your product is critical. You need quick and clear results that give you instant insights into the quality of your raw materials, recently produced products, or products currently in production. By connecting your NIR instrument to NutriControl’s NIR Cloud, you gain the oversight and control you need as a quality manager.

Here’s how it works: connect your NIR instrument to our network. If needed, we can assist with the setup. Once connected, you can subscribe to one or more calibration lines. The chemical results of your sample (moisture, protein, fat, fibers, ash, etc.) will immediately appear on your screen. Portal

If you regularly perform analysis on your animal feed products, we recommend using our digital portal. This tool provides 24/7 access to past results and ongoing analysis of your animal feed products. You can also easily export results to Excel to present or share them clearly within your company. PFAS in Animal Feed
