Besides functional ingredients, products also consist of moisture. The level of moisture is different depending of the type of product. NutriControl has different methods to determine the levels of moisture after drying. We can dry your samples with different circumstances. We can adjust temperature and we can dry your sample in a vacuum. There is always a way to get to most accurate results.

We invested in different methods of drying because we want to fulfill the varied wishes of our customers. Also the requirements of different food laws in different countries. For determining the level moisture NutriControl used the Karl Fisher method.
